Here are few tips to help process your Express Business Deposit transactions smoothly:

 

  •  Ensure all relevant information is completed on your transaction slips prior to sealing the bags (e.g Account numbers etc).
     
  • Although US currency can be deposited on a local currency account, local currency cannot be deposited to a US currency account.
     
  • Submitting personal deposits along with your business deposits is not allowed. These facilities are strictly for business transactions. You may utilise our alternate solutions for your personal deposits e.g. ATMs.
     
  • Credit card and loan payments should not be made via the Express Business Deposit facilities. These payments can be made through our digital banking platforms.
     
  • Cash order requests are not processed through the Express Business Deposit facilities. These requests should be submitted directly to your local branch.
     
  • Cheque book orders are not processed through the Express Business Deposit facilities. Your orders can be submitted via our digital banking platforms.
     
  • Ensure that you stay within the stipulated deposit threshold. You may contact your Relationship Manager if there are any changes to your business activities.
     
  • Any deposits over the threshold should be accompanied by a Declaration of Source of Funds (DSF) form.
