Whistleblower Programme
CIBC Caribbean is committed to maintaining an environment where open and honest communication is the expectation, not the exception.
We encourage stakeholders to feel comfortable to speak out in instances where it is believed that violations of laws, regulations or CIBC Caribbean’s policies and standards have occurred. Speaking up helps protect our clients, colleagues, and our Bank, and there is no retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
CIBC Caribbean’s Whistleblower Programme provides secure and confidential channels for reporting (anonymously, if desired), any irregular business activities or wrongdoing that may compromise the integrity or reputation of
CIBC Caribbean. The Hotline is accessible via email, phone and webpage.
We are committed to ensuring your concerns are received and addressed in a timely manner. If you submit a report through any of our whistleblower channels and do not receive an acknowledgement within two (2) business days from the channel initially used, we encourage you to use another available reporting channel to ensure your concern is promptly reviewed.
All reports may be made confidentially and if you choose, anonymously. All matters are handled with care, discretion, and the appropriate level of seriousness and will be reviewed fairly.
