Individuals should call the dedicated Whistleblower/Ethics phone hotline operated by Navex Global using the numbers available in the chart below. Navex Global is an independent, third-party supplier that provides this confidential and anonymous communication channel for submitting your reports.
The lines are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All calls made to the Whistleblower/Ethics Hotline will be answered by trained interviewing staff and will be treated in strict confidence. When calling, please mention that you are from CIBC Caribbean.

CIBC Caribbean employees are protected against suspension, dismissal, termination, demotion, discrimination or any other adverse consequence to their employment when making a valid report in good faith
