Add Your Bill Payment Company (Biller)

Log in to CIBC Caribbean's Online Banking or Mobile App
Select "Payments" tab
Select "+Add New" in the "Bill" dropdown box or from the right column of the screen
Select the billing company from the "Bill Company" drop down box
Enter the information requested and follow the flow
- Ensure you enter the correct billing information
Select the "Register" button
Follow OTVC instructions to confirm it is you adding a Billing Company to your account

Pay a Bill

Log in to CIBC Caribbean's Online Banking or Mobile App
Select "Payments" tab
Select the bill you wish to pay from the "Bill" drop down box
Enter the $ amount you wish to pay in the "Amount" field
Select the account from which you wish to pay the bill from the "From Account" drop down box
Select "Pay Bill" button

Schedule recurring payments

Schedule recurring payments so your bills are paid on time

Log in to CIBC Caribbean's Online Banking or Mobile App
Select "Payments" tab
Select the bill you wish to pay from the "Bill" drop down box
Select the account from which you wish to pay the bill from the "From Account" drop down box
Enter the $ amount you wish to pay in the "Amount" field
Add the "Amount you wish to pay
Select "Set up Scheduling"
Select "Frequency" to set the preferred payment opton
Select "Set up Payment"

Pay bills to non-CIBC Caribbean Billers

(Bahamas only*)

Log in to CIBC Caribbean's Online Banking or Mobile App
Select "Payments" tab
Add a new" billing company using a unique code*
Confirmed code identifies the bill being paid e.g. Invoice #, National ID, Email Address
Enter the $ amount you wish to pay in the "Amount" field
Select the account from which you wish to pay the bill from the "From Account" drop down box
Select "Pay Bill" button

*Company not currently on our Billing Company list

*Please have the code provided by your billing company on hand when you're registering the new company on Online Banking/Mobile App
