- What do I need to share to receive funds?
  Only your CIBC Caribbean Visa Debit Card number and name as it appears on the card is required for this transaction. You must never share other confidential information on the card like expiry date, CVV or passwords with the sender or any other persons. All data is stored according to data security standards and information is transmitted securely through CIBC Caribbean and Visa Networks. - Can I initiate a transaction from my account to a domestic or international Visa Debit card?
  No, not at this time. You can only receive funds.
- What currency will I receive funds in?
  Funds will be received in the currency of the primary account tied to your Visa Debit card. Transactions from international senders will be subject to foreign exchange conversion rates.
- Will I have to pay any charges for receiving funds?
  No, there is no service charge for incoming payments for the receiver of funds.
- Does the sender know whether the transaction is successful?
  The sender should receive an instant confirmation on the payment status i.e., whether the payment was approved or declined via the money transfer operator’s app being used.
- Are funds available for use immediately?
  Yes, funds are available as soon as they are credited to your account.
- How will I know when funds are credited to my account?
  You will notice an increase in the available balance on the primary account tied to your Visa Debit Card, via Online Banking, our Mobile App or via a Balance Inquiry at the ATM.
- What if the funds are not received even though sender insists funds were approved?
