    1. 1. CIBC Caribbean clients with at least one active banking account.
       2. Participants must be males, aged 18 years and over.
       3. Participants must have completed a minimum of five (5) digital transactions using CIBC Caribbean digital banking channels during the promotional period.
       4. Participants must have a valid email address.
       5. Winners will be selected through an electronically automated system and audited by a team of auditors.
       6. All winners must present one form of photo identification to claim their prize, i.e. government issued driver's license, passport or national I.D.
       7. Each winner will receive notification of their national I.D.
       7. Each winner will receive notification of their winning status, via email and an invitation to attend the prize presentation.
       8. The prize is nonnegotiable, not transferable or exchangeable.
       9. The competition is not applicable to members of staff of CIBC Caribbean or are a contractor, intern or contingent worker for the Bank, members of their immediate households, or immediate family members. Winners will be required to confirm if they are a member of staff of the Bank or a contractor, intern or contingent worker of the Bank; or reside in a household with a member of staff of the Bank or a contractor, intern or contingent worker of the Bank; or are an immediate relative (i.e., spouse, parents and grandparents; children and grandchildren; brothers and sisters; mother-in-law and father-in-law; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; daughters-in-law and sons-in-law; and adopted relations) of a member of staff of the Bank. Any confirmation of relation, whether by acknowledgement from the client or as a result of internal investigation, automatically disqualifies a potential winner.
       10. Winners hereby agree to take part in any publicity event(s) arranged by CIBC Caribbean resulting from this Promotion. If the winner declines to participate in any publicity or marketing event, they would have forfeited the prize.
       11. CIBC Caribbean reserves the right, to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice.
