  • Why are my printed statements being discontinued?

    1. To provide you with more convenient and secure access to your statements, we are transitioning to digital statements via Online Banking or Mobile Banking. This change allows you to view, download, and track your statements anytime, anywhere.

  • How can I view my statements online?

    1. To view your statements, log into Online Banking or Mobile Banking. On Online Banking website, select your credit card or deposit product and navigate to the "Statements" section above your balance to access your monthly statements. For the Mobile Banking app, sign in, click on your credit card, and select the three dots at the top right corner next to your balance, then choose "Statements."

  • What are the benefits of digital statements?

    1. Digital statements offer several benefits:

       * Easy Access: View your statements anytime, anywhere.

       * Downloadable PDFs: Download your statements as PDFs at any time.

       * Convenient Tracking: Easily track your spending and payments.

       * Always Accessible: Your statements are always available online.

       * Secure: Digital statements are secure and protected.

  • How do I register for Online Banking?

    1. To register for Online Banking, visit our "Ways to Bank" page and follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the registration video.

  • Will I still receive printed statements?

    1. Only clients over 60 years who have not signed up for online banking, those in vulnerable groups or with the inability to use online banking channels will continue to receive printed statements. All other clients will transition to digital statements.

  • How do I add my credit card to Online Banking?

    1.  Via Online Banking Website:

       • If you haven’t registered for Online Banking, complete the registration process first.
       • Sign in using your User ID and password.
       • Choose your preferred method to receive a verification code (via phone or email).
       • Enter the verification code to complete the login process.
       • Once logged in, click on “Preferences” at the top of the page.
       • Select “Add Additional Accounts.”
       • Enter your credit card number, click “Continue,” and follow the prompts.
       • Once successfully added, your credit card will appear in your list of accounts.

    2. Via Mobile Banking App:

       • Download the CIBC Caribbean app via the Apple Store or Google Play store on your mobile device.
       • If you haven’t registered for Online Banking, complete the registration process first.
       • Sign in using your User ID and password.
       • Choose your preferred method to receive a verification code (via phone or email).
       • Enter the verification code to complete the login process
       • Once logged in tap the three horizontal lines (menu icon) at the top of the screen.
       • Tap the gear icon next to your name to access settings.
       • Select “Add Additional Accounts.”
       • Enter your credit card number, tap “Continue,” and follow the prompts
  • What is the final date for printed statements?

    1. The final date for printed statements is October 31, 2025. After this date, all statements will be accessible exclusively via Online Banking or Mobile Banking.
